In the kickoff, Shirley Morrison and Jeff Sweyer, owners of CENTURY 21 Sweyer & Associates, spoke about their successful 2018 and discussed the company goals and campaigns for 2019. “One of the main reasons we have a kickoff each year is to help everyone get refocused for the new year,” Morrison said.
The kickoff was a lively, high energy meeting where they shared their vision and focus for 2019 and announced that the company will be taking their top producers from all the offices on a year-end trip for reaching their goals…the destination will be announced at the next company meeting. “The company is ready to shift gears in 2019 and each agent is ready to make this their best year ever,” said Sweyer.
