Wilmington welcomes Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real with a sold out show at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater. The American country rock group based in California consist of Lukas Nelson (son of Willie Nelson), Anthony LoGerfo, Corey McCormick, Logan Metz, and Tao Melgar. Since forming 10 years ago, the singer/songwriter/guitarist and his bandmates have played hundreds of shows and major festivals all over the world and built a devoted underground following. Lukas continued to gain traction when he contributed 3 songs and vocals to Willie Nelson’s 2012 album, “Heroes” and the band became Neil Young’s official touring and studio band.
