Tim Chappell fell in love with our beautiful, coastal community as a young child on family vacations to Kure and Carolina Beach. He knew one day he would be proud to call the Wilmington area home. Tim is a graduate of local Cape Fear Community College and Mount Olive University, Wilmington Campus. When he is not hard at it in his real estate career, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Cathy, and their three very active children.
