Why do you love being a sales manager & what is your role in making agents successful?

As the sales manager, I enjoy working with a wide range of personalities and experience levels among the real estate agents. I believe in nurturing an environment where we can all learn from one another, while also being there for each other as a strong support system. I also truly enjoy working with everyone behind the scenes, from our support staff to Jeff Sweyer, the owner. My role as the sales manager is to provide coaching and support to the agents, as well as, offer them encouragement, advice, best practices, a smiling face and positive reinforcement.

What makes your office unique?

Hampstead is a small, close knit group. We have a lot of fun and really enjoy each other’s company; you sense that as soon as you walk in the door. We celebrate our success together and we congratulate each other on our achievements. This is a great place to come to work every day!
