Why do you love being a sales manager & what is your role in making agents successful?

As a non-competing sales manager I have the opportunity and the responsibility to assist, guide and coach the brokers to obtain their highest level of success. The brokers have a built in coach/mentor that they can meet with on their schedule whenever they need me.  When the brokers set and achieve their own goals is the highest level of satisfaction a sales manager can have. As a leader in the office I get to see first-hand how our clients and brokers lives are changing seeing personally the impact I have made in their success. I have always enjoyed helping others and for this being my main role has given me the opportunity to do such.

What makes your office unique?

Our state of the office has a unique location to be able to serve all of Brunswick County.  We have over 65 years of combined experience and have been ranked as the top office in the Holden Beach, Supply, Lockwood and Shallotte area with combined sales volume. Having a complete support staff along with Brokers, Builders and an appraiser all under one roof gives our clients and team a cutting edge above all the rest.

What do you think makes an agent successful?

Having a specific plan in place to accomplish well defined specific, measurable, action oriented, realistic and timely goals. Having a sense of accountability along with a team to coach, support and motivate. Keeping focused on what your actually role is and the best and most innovated way to keep track and accomplish your dreams. Having knowledge of or access to answers of the daily issues that arise in the real estate career.  Communication, drive to succeed, ability to multi-task, compassionate, responsible, goal oriented and hard work would be some of the traits that make a great real estate Broker.
