"We actually only met him because a broker we were trying to schedule with was never available when we were. Oscar was able to meet us the morning after contacting and was always able to work something out with us to deal with our weird schedules. He showed us anything and everything so we could figure out what we really wanted. Once we found the one, he was very helpful with negotiating quickly (it was a HomePath home) and efficiently. As first time home buyers, no question was too silly for him. Great agent, from start to finish."

"Oscar Garcia contacted us when we submitted a request on a third party website. From the minute he contacted us we felt like his only clients. He was always available to talk when we had questions and always answered them thoroughly. He was always looking for houses and recommending them to us. Once we finally selected the home we wanted to buy, he helped us with selecting the mortgage company. Oscar Garcia always kept us informed and updated about the progress that was occurring on our home. We always felt like we were taken care of with Oscar. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a home. He was absolutely amazing during this process. When things became very frustrating and stressful with the mortgage process Oscar was always there to reassure us that everything would work out, and it did. He was amazing and we cannot say enough how much we appreciated him and how wonderful he is. If you have the opportunity to buy a home through Century 21 I would recommend Oscar Garcia."

"I had also bought this home from Oscar about 2 years prior and really liked dealing with him, he is very professional, caring and patient. I don't live in the area anymore so when selling it I had to rely on him to make sure everything was ok. When we ran into a couple issues with the buyer, who wasn't the nicest person, Oscar remained very calm and worked through the problems. I would highly recommend him."
